WHO I AM…

Having been born and raised in Beverly Hills you don’t get more local than that! I have been a Licensed REALTOR for over 10 years. My past Business experience in retail and residential property design, development, construction, marketing and operations along with my proven ability in contract negotiations and public relations works well for my Clients.

WHAT I DO…

As a Full-time REALTOR, I work with both Buyer and Sellers. I have represented everyone from First-time Home Buyers to the most sophisticated Leaders of Industry, Star Athletes, Recording Artists and Hollywood’s Elite to name just a few.

For 2007, my average price point for Single Family Homes represented was: $4,733,333.00 and Condominiums: $924,500.00. Sellers who worked with achieved a Purchase Price within 97% of their Asking Price. Buyers who worked with me in 2007 saved nearly 9% off of the Asking Price of properties.

Partnered with one of the most respected names in the business, Prudential CA Realty, I work in their most affluent Beverly Hills Office.
For the last 8 years, the Beverly Hills Office has ranked in the top 10 (Pinnacle status) in Gross Commissions for the entire Prudential network of over 4000 affiliates and ranked #1 for Prudential CA Realty in all of Los Angeles county.
For 2007, the Beverly Hills Branch alone closed nearly $1.2 Billion Dollars in volume and Prudential CA Realty closed over $17 Billion Dollars in volume.

HOW I DO WHAT I DO SO WELL…

I pride myself in understanding people and situations.
My willingness to see all aspects of a potential conflict and my ability to defuse a situation before it occurs or resolves it quickly when necessary. I never quit. My Negotiation style is using communication and understanding along with a well devised game plan to reach my Client’s ultimate goal.

WHY I DO IT…

I love it! I love the excitement of working with Buyers and Sellers at every level to help them achieve their Dreams of Homeownership for the 1st or 500th time and/or negotiating and orchestrating the sale of their properties.

I have achieved the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Gold designation again for 2007 which designates that I am in the TOP 3% of Agents out of over 65,000 in Prudential CA Realty nationwide.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

My ABR and GRI designations show my dedication to continuing education on behalf of all my Clients, both Sellers and Buyers alike.
I continue this quest currently, involved in education to obtain the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.

Additionally, I hold a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arizona.

WHAT’S IMPORTANT TO ME…

I am involved with community environmental groups such as Surfrider Foundation, World Wildlife Fund, The Nature Conservancy as well as a supporter of the arts through the Los Angeles Philharmonic, The Geffen Playhouse and the Center Theatre Group. I believe that there is a fine balance between nature and beauty.
